Hats are having a fashion moment and not just because it's cold and rainy outside. In all their shapes and sizes, hats are fast becoming the hottest fashion accessory, so it comes as no surprise that the likes of Sienna Miller and Lindsay Lohan the fashion-forward girls and Victoria Beckham and Britney Spears the not-so-far-behind fashion followers have been embracing the new headgear trend. Most favoured are knitted beanies and gentlemen's hats (bowlers, trilbys, fedoras and caps). They're ideal for hiding from the paparazzi's glare so they've replaced sunglasses as the new incognito-style accessory - about time really... rain on your Chanel shades is so not cool.
